Swindon Viewpoint is owned by the people of Swindon and managed by a board of volunteer directors elected, one third annually for a three year term, from representatives of community organisations.
This structure operated up to and into the nineties but was suspended by resolution during the nineties as we lost access to our equipment and distribution network; and a caretaker board was maintained (although the registration of the company has remained continuous). Now a regeneration board will be appointed to rebuild the service and elections for new board members reintroduced in the near future.
