People in Pinehurst are up in arms about the way a new housing development was planned in 1973; - they believe they have a much better idea how it should be done. Note: there is some tape damage on this item, but as one of the earliest examples of social action video in Britain made on half inch reel to reel video, it is an important historical document. Introduced by Michael Barratt, who became a leading light in the video access movement
