Produced:
September 12th 1986
In 1986 Swindon Viewpoint hosted a national Access TV conference at the Link Centre in Swindon. Groups from all over the country came to learn about Viewpoint and discuss ways to develop better access in their own areas. This programme was made at Media Arts to serve as a focus for the topic and raise issues for discussion. It was of course as was usual also shown on the Viewpoint channel.
