Justin Case Band. The vocalist went by the name of Jerome Travis.
Surprised the broadcast date is stated as early '78 as I don't recall this band being active then. Late '78 to mid '79 perhaps?
I've a feeling Mr Partridge may have had some involvement in this: the irate office worker theme is reminiscent of the XTV vid for "Are You Receiving Me" (released Sept '78).
