We contacted Bob to let him know about this material in the archive and here is his response:
"The video clip brought back some very pleasant memories and many thanks for sending me the link. I can't be sure but I think the date is january 1978 and the concert was definitely at the Swindon Arts Centre. There is a website devoted to Charlie Watts which lists all the band's date and personnel but I couldn't find it in a quick look just now. In the clip you can see George Green piano, Colin Smith trumpet, John Pickard trombone and of course Charlie on drums. I think the other members were Dave Green bass and Dick Morrissey tenor, but I've forgotten the name of the guitar player."
