Then And Now

The cottages to the left of the picture are in Rodbourne Road (demolished in the 1960's) and Even Swindon School is to the right. The dignitaries in the front row are: extreme right Mr T.J.Mills of Mills and Merricks, the local furniture store and next to him Mr Levi Lapper Morse and Mrs Morse.
